I represent clients in all phases of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, tenant in common transactions, leasing, real estate financing including defeasance of existing conduit financing, entity formation and structuring, private placement offerings, title insurance, and secured and unsecured loan documentation. As the economy has demanded, I represent clients in connection with work outs of real estate loans and investment partnership, and advise clients on related litigation matters including foreclosures, partition actions, bankruptcy claims, and commercial lease disputes.
