I have been an attorney for 26 years practicing in the area of business litigation. I am av rated by Martindale-Hubbell.My partner, Ellis Stern, hired me out of law school and we formed Stern & Goldberg 20 years ago. I have an Accounting degree and a Master of Laws in Taxation which also provides a huge advantage in handling complex business disputes. Our firm handles a wide range of business litigation and transactional work. We do not handle personal injury, products liability, bankruptcy, family law or criminal law (although we have been brought into criminal tax matters).
