Robert Leveen is a Senior Vice President with Lee & Associates - Investment Services Group. Mr. Leveen specializes in transacting multi-family assets predominately in the South Bay and South Los Angeles. Prior to joining Lee & Associates in 2010, Mr. Leveen was a Senior Associate with Marcus and Millichap, where he successfully executed in excess of $65 million over his 5 year tenure with the firm.
While working mostly with high net worth multi-family owner-operators and private investors, Mr. Leveen has also represented East West Bank, Cathay Bank, and Aurora Bank in disposing of their REO and defaulted assets.
