Finance and Accounting:
Includes review of financial controls, accounting procedures and requirements including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flow issues, and meaningful and complete financial reporting. *Review of Internal Controls *Account Reconciliation *General Ledger Reconciliation *Review and Oversight of all Billing and Collections processes and efforts *Creation/Oversight of both Capital and Operating Budgets and Projections *Complete Financial Report Review and Implementation
