Our legal team is a diverse group of highly qualified attorneys and staff. The law firm's expertise covers a broad range of matters, including investor, employment, and family-based immigration as well as various non-immigrant visas. We also handle naturalization applications, removal and deportation defense, appeals, federal court litigation, and asylum.
We are supported by a team of experienced multi-lingual staff whose languages include Arabic, Farsi, French, Gujarati, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin Chinese, Russian, Spanish, Urdu, Vietnamese.
Activities in the immigration field also include liaison and policy formation on the regional and national level.
Our law firm actively participates in volunteer and public service activities. We represent indigent clients on a pro bono basis and serve in volunteer positions for the State Bar of California and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
