Since 1999 I have been a distributor of Harrison Assessments, and today I am an expert level accredited master distributor of Harrison Assessments Talent Solutions, which is a research-validated “Software as a Service,” providing recruitment automation, employee development, team development and succession planning. It is predictive, comprehensive, and offers research-based performance results. Peter Drucker said, “The ability to make good decisions regarding people represents on of the last reliable sources of competitive advantage since very few organizations are very good at it.” I could not agree more.
Founder and President of Accountability Pays since 1986 (which is 25 years), I serve as a senior advisor to business leaders desiring to transform their leadership conversations at the executive team level. I say some version of this every day: “It isn’t the conversations you have that go badly that should concern you. It is the conversations you DON’T have that eat your lunch.”
Although I have been brought in to facilitate strategic interventions and ongoing facilitation of organizational strategies for improved performance, I have also recently partnered with experts in innovation and strategic execution and generating inspired workforces.
