Our firm was formed in 1995. We began with a total of six people and have since grown into firm of forty multi- talented individuals, who strive to provide high quality, timely service.
We provide a full range of accounting and tax services for middle market companies and their shareholders. On the accounting side, services include audits, reviews, and compilations. On the tax side we provide tax planning and compliance. We also provide estate planning services for high net worth individuals. In addition we have a litigation support department, which also completes business valuations and an information technology (IT) support department focusing on local and wide area networks.
Our clients are primarily privately held companies, all of which operate with an entrepreneural spirit. These clients can range on the small side, such as a doctor operating a solo practice, to a large manufacturing and wholesale distribution company operating in numerous states and foreign countries.
Our clients include companies involved in manufacturing and wholesale distribution, construction, real estate development and high tech research and development. We also provide services to professionals, including doctors and attorneys and not for profit organizations.
