Ross Burningham, a partner in the Corporate and Finance group of DLA Piper LLP (US), focuses his practice on corporate and securities law with an emphasis on representing emerging growth technology companies.
Mr. Burningham also has extensive experience representing venture capital investors and investment banking firms. He has managed a broad range of major business transactions for these entities, including private placements, public offerings, mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, joint ventures, other strategic collaborations, and commercial transactions.
