To enable cookies for your Internet Browser, please read the following instructions:

For Internet Explorer 6.x Users:

1. Click 'Tools' located at the top of the browser
2. Select 'Internet Options'
3. Click the 'Privacy' tab
4. Click the 'Edit' Button within the section called 'Web Sites'
5. You should then be in a window called 'Per Site Privacy Actions'
6. Enter http://www.provisors.com in the text field and click the 'Allow' Button. This will allow provisors.com to use cookies but also retain your general privacy settings for all other sites

For Internet Explorer 4.x and 5.x Users:

1. Click 'Tools' located at the top of the browser
2. Select 'Internet Options'
3. Click the 'Security' tab
4. Move the slider to the 'Medium' setting

For Netscape 4.x Users

1. Click 'Edit' located at the top of the browser
2. Select 'Preferences'
3. Click the 'Advanced' in the left menu panel
4. In the section name 'Cookies' select 'Accept All Cookies'

For Netscape 6.x Users

1. Click 'Edit' located at the top of the browser
2. Select 'Preferences'
3. Click the 'Privacy and Security' in the left menu panel
4. Click 'Cookies' in the sub-menu within 'Privacy and Security'
5. In the section name 'Cookie Acceptance Policy' select 'Enable All Cookies'

For AOL Users

1. Click 'Settings' located at the top of the browser (Teal Colored)
2. Select 'Preferences'
3. Under the column 'Organization', click 'Internet Properties (WWW)'
4. Click the 'Security' tab
5. Move the slider to the 'Medium' setting
